Seachange Realty Tweed Coast is the Company that Karen Cranwell has created to offer not only honesty, integrity, service and commitment to her clients, but to share with them the fun of buying or selling a property. Too often real estate dealings are fraught with anxiety, on the part of either the buyer or the seller. Karen as a passionate and successful real estate professional, will provide her clients with time, property and market knowledge and ensure the ultimate satisfaction on their part, whether buying or selling.
Karen’s background is in Nursing having dual qualifications, both in Psychiatry and General Nursing. Leaving the nursing profession she embarked on a diverse range of career changes from managing Retail Stores to starting her own importing, wholesale and retailing business. During this period she became interested in buying, renovating and selling houses on the Gold Coast. After selling her business for an impressive profit she embarked on a course to underpin her new passion in life – Real Estate. Karen obtained her full Real Estate Licence in Queensland and began her professional career on the Gold Coast, before moving to a newer dynamic market in the Whitsundays, where she successfully sold Prestige Real Estate in the million dollar range.
She has now returned to her roots as her family has been a part of the Southern Gold Coast and the Tweed Coast since she was born. While working for a Real Estate Company in northern NSW she achieved the sales of houses over the $1M range and several blocks of beachside land at prestige prices. Karen now also holds a NSW license. It was always Karen’s intention to set up her own Real Estate Company and Seachange Realty Tweed Coast has become the reality of this intention.
